It is with great excitement that I invite you to join me for a transformational studies course that will empower you to live a more meaningful life of freedom and joy!
Through absorption in the life-affirming teachings of LIFE ALIGNED Yoga in an intimate semi-private environment, you will be fully supported on the journey to create a more vibrant body, radiant heart, and sharp mind as you integrate the deeper teachings of yoga.

We will study elemental anatomy, fundamental Pranayama, and meditation, and integrate journaling and contemplation to deepen our experience.
