Each session will include therapeutic exercises and postures, customized advice for your specific needs, and hands-on technique to prevent and heal lower back pain, ankle and knee pain, shoulder and neck strain, sciatica, scoliosis, rotator cuff injury, cartilage/ligament damage, tennis elbow, carpel tunnel syndrome, hamstring/groin tears, piriformis syndrome, TMJ, and more.
